i just realised how much i really really REALLY want to see bob dylan at the m.e.n on wednesday but i am completely skint and an idiot for not getting tickets ages ago. i would literally give up limbs to see 'lay lady lay' and 'everybody must get stoned' live.
how can i blag/sneak/plead/beg my way in? :(

ps High Voltage sent round a list of gigs that need reviewing. which of these are worth going to?

18/11 - Young Knives, Bierkeller
20/11 - The National, Night & Day
20/11 - Marmaduke Duke (Biffy Clyro), Roadhouse
25/11 - Humanzi, Southern Chorlton
26/11 - Black Mountain w/ Dead Meadow & Wolf Parade, Roadhouse
30/11 - Gogol Bordello, Night & Day

I dont really like the Young Knives. Im not sure about Gogol Bordello. Wolf Parade are amazing but I dont know much about Black Mountain. HELP TA.

all is so well, manchester is amazing.
lots of guitar playing, sitting in the sun on the sports field and nice green.
my housemates are the best - it's all girls so its been house parties a go go.
i miss nottingham and home sometimes xx
